Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carriers, customs, weather, holidays, supplier issues, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

  1. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Return eligibility, the 30-day return-request period, non-returnable products, damaged or incorrect products, return shipping, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers must contact us and receive return instructions before mailing a product back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

  1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital downloads, printable files, e-books, planners, templates, and similar products are delivered electronically and are not physically shipped.

Customers receive a limited license to use purchased digital products for their own personal use unless a product page provides different licensing terms.

Customers may not resell, redistribute, share, copy for commercial distribution, sublicense, or claim ownership of our digital products or designs.

Because digital products cannot ordinarily be returned after delivery or access, they are generally non-returnable. Assistance may be available when a file is corrupted, inaccessible, defective, or materially different from its description, as explained in our Return and Refund Policy.
